Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation will be automatically sent to you once your order is place to the email you provided when you placed your order. If you still haven't received you order confirmation within 24 hours please contact us to ensure there wasn't a problem with your order. Be sure to also check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting us at Info@werthebyjem.com.

 

How do I cancel my order?

All cancellation request must be made no later than 24 hours from the time your order was placed. You can do so by emailing us at Info@werthebyjem.com. Once your email has been reviewed and accepted your order will be cancelled and a reversal payment will be processed.

 

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we're unable to modify your order once we've started processing it. If you need to add to the quantity or add an additional product, please place a new order online.

 

When will my order arrive?

Your order goes through 3 phases: Placing your order (order confirmation), Processing (2-3 business days), Shipping (7-21 business days)

 Shipping is 7-21 business days (excluding holidays). Once your order is placed your processing starts the next business day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive your order's tracking information. Please contact us if your order hasn't been delivered according to the specified timeframe.

 

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship in the United States.

 

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping FREE!!!! Expedited shipping is available upon request with an additional cost.
